Robb Meinen is a Senior Extension Associate in the Department of Animal Science at Penn State. His main duty is to coordinate education for the Pennsylvania Commercial Manure Hauler and Broker Certification Program. Additional duties include education and support in Nutrient and Odor Management areas, as well as service to the swine industry. He co-instructs Nutrient Management and Swine Management courses at the university. Robb brings expertise in animal industries, manure utilization, and nutrient management to this project.
