Anthony Buda is a Hydrologist with USDA-ARS in University Park, Pennsylvania. He has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science from Susquehanna University, as well as a master’s degree in forest resources, and a doctorate in forest hydrology from Penn State. Anthony’s research focuses on hydrological and water quality studies to determine the effects of agricultural management, landscape factors, and soil characteristics on nutrient losses in runoff. He serves on the project advisory team and provides outside expertise in hydrology and nutrient management.
