Dean Edson is Executive Director of the Nebraska Association of Resources Districts. His primary focus is Nebraska water law and management. He holds bachelor’s degrees in animal science and agribusiness, as well as an MBA from the University of Nebraska. Dean brings thirty-one years of professional experience with agriculture, natural resources association, and water policy issues to the project. Dean was Director of State Governmental Relations for Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation for eleven years and spent twenty years with the Nebraska Association of Resources Districts. He continues to own and operate the family irrigated farm in Gothenburg, Nebraska.
