Since 2010, Denise Coleman has served as the NRCS State Conservationist in Pennsylvania. Prior to her role as State Conservationist, Denise served in several leadership positions for NRCS in Washington DC, including National Program Manager for the Farm and Ranch Protection Program, Team Leader for Easement Support, Budget and Planning Analyst for NRCS Programs, and Chief of Staff for the Regional Conservationists. Prior to her work in Washington DC, Denise worked for NRCS in northeastern PA field offices. She completed her Master’s Degree in Environmental Management and Policy from George Washington University.
