Jessica Groskopf is Regional Systems Economist at the University of Nebraska Panhandle Research and Extension Center, where she has been since 2012. A native of Colorado, she received her bachelor’s degree in agricultural business from Colorado State University and master’s degree in agricultural economics from Kansas State University. Jessica works closely with farmers to manage the risks associated with producing crops in a semi-arid climate with an intricate irrigation system. Her expertise will be integral to this project as she will serve as a link to stakeholders and assist others in piloting the training module throughout Nebraska.
