Nicole Carutis is an Agronomy educator based in Northern Pennsylvania. She holds two undergraduate degrees in agricultural business and animal science and a master’s degree from Cornell University in agriculture education. Nicole’s work stems from the needs of local farmers and her expertise in Forage Production is a testament to the region’s ability to grow quality feed pastures. She has helped develop programs derived from the interface of crops and livestock. She serves as Past President of the Pennsylvania Agronomic Education Society, Membership Secretary of the Pennsylvania Association of County Agricultural Agents and is a Certified Crop Advisor. Nicole brings her knowledge of the local watershed and climate, as well as her collaborative experience working with and for farmers.
